The Bagdon Team is Ann, Bob and Michael Bagdon, Real Estate Advisors with Engel & Völkers Palm Coast. Together they bring decades of residential construction, property management and real estate experience to buyers and sellers across Palm Coast, the Hammock and Flagler County.

Bob brings more than 50 years of experience in the construction, sale and purchase of upscale residential properties, including hundreds of custom residential construction projects and sales along the Atlantic Coast. After 11 years with a large North American lumber wholesaler in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maryland, he opened and operated a lumber yard, hardware store and construction company in Arnold, Maryland, then ran a construction and home maintenance business for high-end homeowners in the Boston market for more than 25 years. In 2008 he semi-retired to the Hammock on the barrier island in Palm Coast, became a licensed Florida real estate broker and opened a high-end brokerage in the Hammock with Ann. A licensed real estate broker and building contractor, Bob holds the Million Dollar Guild designation as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, along with the ABR, BPOR, CDPE, CIAS, SFR and SRS designations.

Ann, a Massachusetts native, semi-retired to the Hammock in 2008, earned her broker's license and opened the boutique Hammock brokerage with Bob. Past associates and clients point to her honesty, integrity and knowledge of the high-end housing market, from ground clearing through resale, and to her ability to explain the many details involved in building and selling a high-end residence. Ann graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston with a major in Business Administration and minors in Finance and Marketing. She lives with Bob and their Springer Spaniel, Luke, in the Hammock Dunes community of Island Estates.

Michael has more than 25 years of experience in real estate, property management and development. Recently relocated from Annapolis, Maryland, he knows waterfront properties well, including their value, improvements, maintenance needs and emergency repairs. He co-founded Prestige Homecare Corp. in the metro-west Boston area, a membership-based property management service for high-end suburban homeowners built around dedicated account managers, certified contractors and annual maintenance plans informed by private home inspections. His Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's license let him produce 3D visualizations and build-to blueprints, pull permits and manage home improvement and remodeling projects. Through more than 15 years of extended visits to Flagler County, he has come to know Palm Coast real estate well, including how to address storm damage, heavy rainfall and other coastal concerns.
