Sarah Bell

In 1995, at the age of 12, Sarah’s family relocated to St. Augustine from the Republic of Panama. Having lived in St. Augustine for the past 27 years, Sarah has cultivated exhaustive knowledge about St. Johns County and the varied housing opportunities offered in and around the 10th fastest-growing county in the US. As a Flagler College graduate, Sarah began her career path in Customer Service at the popular, beachside Sunset Grille. Shortly thereafter, Sarah joined US Foods® and transitioned seamlessly into a fulfilling career in the food service industry. Her extensive background serving the needs of The Ancient City’s residents and visitors has allowed Sarah to reap invaluable and intimate knowledge of St. Augustine and its surrounding areas. After several successful years in the food service industry, Sarah parlayed her penchant for serving the needs of residents of and visitors to The Ancient City into a real estate investment business. She has since specialized in assisting with full remodels, staging of beachside condos, and marketing properties in the short-term vacation rental market. As a professional real estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers St. Augustine, Sarah is applying her expertise to the local luxury real estate market and looks forward to serving the needs of her clients in all of Northeast Florida. In her leisure time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, boating, practicing yoga, and traveling. And while she always loves visiting new and exotic places, Sarah has come to the realization that nothing compares to the white sandy beaches, the unique historic downtown, and the wonderful community of St. Augustine that she calls home.
