Engel & Völkers Central Florida is independently owned and operated. Our shop is led locally by Steve Fusilier, License Partner, and John Chin, Broker of Record. The decisions that shape this brokerage, from how we serve clients to how we support our advisors, are made here in Central Florida, not by the global Engel & Völkers franchisor.
We operate under a license agreement that gives us access to the Engel & Völkers brand, marketing platform, and international referral network. The franchisor does not own this shop, this website, or the relationships we build with our clients.

Our advisors live, work, and volunteer in the communities we serve: Ocala, Ocklawaha, Belleview, Summerfield, Dunnellon, Silver Springs, Anthony and The Villages. That local footing is the foundation of how we do business.
