Our Commitment

Realty NSB, LLC, doing business as Engel & Völkers New Smyrna Beach, the independently owned and operated brokerage that runs this website, is committed to making the site usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We Do

• We build pages with semantic HTML, descriptive headings, and ARIA attributes so screen readers can navigate them.
• Every page includes a skip-to-content link, and all interactive elements are keyboard accessible with visible focus indicators.
• Our color palette is designed to meet WCAG contrast requirements for text and interactive elements.
• Images include alternative text, and forms include labeled fields with clear, announced error messages.
• We run automated accessibility tests (axe-core with Playwright) against key pages as part of every build, and a build does not ship with known Level AA violations.

Known Limitations

Some content on this site comes from third parties, including MLS property listings and listing photos supplied by listing brokerages through Stellar MLS and MLS Grid. We display this content as we receive it and cannot always correct accessibility gaps in it, such as missing photo descriptions. We are happy to provide the information from any listing in an alternative format on request.
