This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit this website. It applies only to this website. It does not apply to evrealestate.com or any other website operated by the Engel & Völkers franchisor or by other independently owned Engel & Völkers shops, each of which maintains its own privacy practices.

Information You Provide to Us

When you fill out a form on this site, such as a contact form, home valuation request, consultation request, guide download, or property search account registration, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, message, property address and property details, and your stage in the buying or selling process. Each form includes a checkbox where you consent to receive calls and text messages from us, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse this site, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically:

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
