Amy Almester came to residential real estate from the auction side of the business, where she worked as a project manager and spent her days negotiating, coordinating and keeping complicated deals moving. That background shapes how she works now. She is direct about what a property is worth, candid about what a transaction will take, and comfortable in the parts of a deal that make other people uneasy.

Her aim is to turn a pressure-packed transaction into a stress-free negotiation. That comes down to communicating clearly, using technology where it genuinely saves her clients time, and holding to a standard of honesty that does not bend when a deal gets difficult. As she puts it, one of the big reasons she got into real estate was that she liked meeting new people and was eager to help them out whenever she could.

Amy works with buyers and sellers throughout New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet and Daytona, from beachside condominiums to riverfront residences and established mainland neighborhoods.
